The world is yours voucher entitles the bearer, his/her partner and two children to a self catering accommodation in a selection of destinations for a maximum period of five days, subject to the chosen destination and date being available. Some apartments can accommodate more number of people for an extra cost, this cost varies between resorts and is subject to availability. |

There is a mandatory booking fee of Rs. 1,700/- for all bookings which shall be sent by you along with the booking request form. This fees shall be paid by you vide demand draft/pay order payable at Chandigarh favouring Tele Force (India) Solutions. This fee is payable towards the promotional free stay being offered under this voucher. If the booking is not confirmed due to non -availability on your requested dates and/or destinations, the same will be refunded to you. |

Only one voucher may be used per booking. Only one member of any group travelling together may use the voucher. Photocopies of the voucher are not accepted. |

You can utilize this offer only after 30 days of purchase of this voucher. You will be contacted within 30 working days of our receiving the voucher by our concierge service to finalize the details of your travel. |

The apartment provided is fully furnished and equipped. Meals, transport (including flights, transfers and airport tax) and personal expenses are not included. A limited number of resorts may require a contribution to utility charges for electricity, telephone expenses and/or water. You will be advised in advance of these requirements prior to confirming your booking. |

There will be a mandatory fee of Rs. 15,000/- if the booking is cancelled or amended. This cancellation policy only applies to accommodation booked through Exotic Time Club, any other travel arrangements booked by customer will be subject to suppliers standard terms & conditions . |

All passengers are completely responsible themselves for other travel requirements like Visa, Flights, Transportation, adequate travel insurance etc. Tele Force (India) Solutions and Exotic Time Club accept your responsibility whatsoever for any problem caused by failure to make adequate arrangement as required for travel to and back from the destination. . |

Resorts often have all kind of facilities, but there is no guarantee that these will be available all your around. |

The passengers are responsible for any damage to the apartment during their stay and the resort may ask you for breakage deposit on arrival. |

The offer may have limited availability during special events, festivals, public holidays etc. |

All applicants must be 18 years or above to utilize this voucher. |

All passengers should make sure that they have a valid passport and Visa, if necessary as well as any vaccinations according to the immigration laws of the destination country. |

Tele Force (India) Solutions and Exotic Time Club cannot be held responsible for any alternation to the times of flights or to routes and destinations and resorts the right to withdraw this offer without advance notice. In the event of force majeure like war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances in which travel to such the destination is not advisable. |

No voucher shall be accepted when photocopied, torn visibly damaged and illegible or where the same control code is used. Tele Force (India) Solutions reserve the right to refuse voucher presented by peoples other than those to whom they were issued. Tele Force (India) Solutions shall not be liable for complaints regarding vouchers that are mislaid,incorrectly dated, incomplete and illegible, expired or with parts missing. |
