Any additional costs (meals, telephone calls, mini bar bills etc.) must be paid on departure. Exotic Time Club reserves the right to debit the outstanding balance from the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking for any unpaid bills incurred whilst on your break. |

All reservations must be made in advance of arrival at the hotel. |

Your must hand your free weekend voucher to the hotel reception upon arrival. Failure to do this will result in you paying the full rate of your room. You will be asked for proof of identification upon arrival at the hotel to redeem your voucher. |

Additional persons traveling with you (i.e. children) may be eligible for discounted accommodation. Please indicate if there are any additional persons traveling with you when making the booking. |

Once a booking has been confirmed by the agents it cannot be altered or amended. If for any reason the booking has to be cancelled you may be liable for cancellation charges and will not be entitled to an alternative booking. At the time of booking a debit/credit card number must be supplied. |

If you wish to cancel your free one night stay, you must notify the agents no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being incurred. Failure to cancel or failure to show up will result in a cancellation fee being charged to you credit/debit card by the agent. You will be advised of this at the time of cancellation. |

The bearer of this voucher agrees in full with all these regulations. The weekend break offer and these terms & conditions contain all of the terms & conditions of this promotion and cannot be varied by oral representation. No claims will be honoured or acknowledged outside of these terms & conditions. Calling our concierge service and confirming the booking with the amounts to acceptance of these terms & conditions and to their interpretation under the loss of India and exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts. |

We do not accept any liability for the information supplied by the hotels including any informations supplied on their Websites. |

The agent will not accept photocopied, scanned, illegible, tempered or defaced booking request forms. This voucher is not for sale, resale or redeemable for cash and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. |

The eligible subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Tele Force (India) Solutions and Exotic Time Club and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors responsible or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages cost, charges and expenses that the eligible subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred or claims to suffer, sustain or incur by way of and/or on account of the present offer. |
